Domain layer types.
Shared domain types of core. domain_entity is an identity-based base class with UUID and timestamps and dictionary round-tripping, parallel to base.entity. goal holds the SPEC-012 portfolio-goal models (status, priority, success criteria and the goal record) used by the session and product-manager code. The enums subpackage re-exports FactScope. The package has no entry points and no runtime flow of its own; it supplies data types. Start with goal, the only module imported elsewhere in the source tree.
