Provider Manager — unified LLM provider abstraction.
The provider manager of orchestrata_volks: a unified LLM provider abstraction. provider_manager (556 lines) and provider_registry manage providers, request_router picks one per request, and base_adapter is the adapter base. The backends are anthropic_adapter, claude_c_l_i_adapter, deep_seek_adapter, ollama_adapter, open_a_i_adapter and open_router_adapter. Resilience and accounting: circuit_breaker and circuit_state, rate_limiter, health_monitor, cost_tracker and request_metric. The short registry and router modules are re-exports, and the adapters subpackage holds adapter shims. See the providers narrative; the protocols are in contracts protocols.
