The volks component (SPEC-125) holds the volks themselves, the agents that do the work, together with their LLM client, provider adapters, code-generation drivers, test harness and verification machinery. In the component DAG it depends on contracts, kernel, knowledge_graph and governance, and is marked landed; the cut-over has not happened. It contains one import package, orchestrata_volks (401 modules). Many modules in it are whole-module re-exports from a clean-target split of the original files.
