To: 100% Requirements, ≥90% Constitutional
Duration: 4 sprints (4 weeks full-time, 6 weeks at 50%) — Sprints 1–2 complete

Key Decisions
Personal Gadgets Scope
TodoistGadget is the only personal gadget in scope. Email and Calendar gadgets are deferred to Phase 7 (post-MVP). Rationale:
- Todoist has a simple REST API with clear value for daily usage
- Email/Calendar require OAuth flows and are significantly more complex
- REQ-016-242 (offline capability) is already satisfied by architecture
Web Crypto Fallback
If Web Crypto API is unavailable (non-secure context), fall back to:
- Plain localStorage with warning banner
- Or server-side token storage with session cookie
Integration Test Strategy
Integration tests require running gateway server. Use scripts/start_test_services.py to ensure infrastructure before test execution. Tests should skip gracefully if services are unavailable.
