Purpose

Merge feat/graph-rename into master: resolve 3 conflicts, run full gate, land merge commit

1. Post-reboot verification: boot health PASS after adding Titan Ridge hotplug-bounce filter
   • Both FAIL lines were xhci 3a:00.0 'HC died' from a USB-C link bounce at 21:39 (Card present->Link Down twice in 3s), not the idle runtime-PM bug. Hook now discounts xhci errors only when pciehp Slot(20) Link Up precedes within 30s; idle deaths still FAIL. orchgraph-backup ran green post-reboot (6s); aur-blocklist-sync + aur-watch timers armed; pipewire-jack swap still deferred (extra 1:1.6.8-1 vs -1.1).
2. Fixed all discovered defects pre-merge; 4 commits on feat/graph-rename
   • b5711e61 gate/runner hardening (hermetic PATH, --no-sync, atomic canonical report — root-fixes the corrupt run-tests-latest.json), 25173ae4 test purity (importorskip false-green killed, real BrowserProviderConfig + real-behavior rewrites of 2 hand-rolled-mock tests, auditor now detects importorskip, require_kernel rename), 1151d4d5 tree-sitter FT wheel pins re-enabled + re-lock (plain uv run/sync fixed, GIL verified off), d835cd1c format sweep of 9 stragglers. All review gates green: ruff/black/standards/check-deps/architecture(0)/purity(0)/test-review(0). Full authoritative suite now running (kernel verified).
3. SKELETON_FLOW structural escape: task.py
   • STRUCTURAL: 2 escape(s) A.init: method deleted A.m: method deleted
4. Gate 0.5 upgraded: transitive wrapper-fixture resolution kills all 26 advisory WARNs
   • All 26 flagged writes PROVEN tmp-backed (every fixture chain traced to tmp_path/tempfile; deepest 4 hops). Root cause was the gate's 1-level fixture blindness, not the tests. gate_parallel_safety.py now builds a transitive tmp-backed fixture index (bounded closure, depth 8), recognizes ': Path'-annotated helper params and self.<attr> constructor-injected targets. Gate 0.5 now PASS with detection preserved — 4 new regression tests incl. hardcoded-path still-flags.
5. Gate 0.5 CLI-behaviour tests decoupled from live-repo dirtiness; gate upgrade committed d2352f2d
   • test_main_text_output_advisory_gate_warns_but_passes + strict-flag test asserted WARN against the REAL tests/ tree — they only passed while the repo HAD violations. Added --tests-dir to gate CLI; tests now seed a sandbox leak. 33/33 green. Baseline full suite in solo-retry on test_workspace_load (timing flake under my own concurrent-run contention).
6. Fixed retry-totals supersede defect in test runner
   • Baseline full suite: exit 0, 1492/1492 modules, 30011 passed/0 failed/0 skipped, but test_totals carried errors:1 — a recovered module's failed rerun attempt stayed in the suite totals because run_tests.py popped and DISCARDED the solo run's totals. Fix: test_executor now stamps per-module testcase_counts (junit-attributed, mirrors durations helper) on every module result; run_tests._supersede_module_totals replaces the superseded attempt's counts when the solo verdict overwrites the module. Unit tests added both sides. Atomic canonical report writer proven live (valid JSON this run).

8. Worktree cleanup + merge plan: 4 merged branches deleted (ancestry-proven), hub-link + orchestrata-cli planned
   • task/B1, task/B2, feat/rename-engine, fix/fireflies-teardown: tips proven ancestors of master (merge-base --is-ancestor) before deletion, worktrees removed. feat/hub-link: 8 commits, DoD-complete KG root-connectivity work, 388 behind master — merge-first candidate. feat/orchestrata-cli: WIP checkpointed as 06bc0845 (740 lines, SPEC-000 CLI thin client); blocking: mypy ignore-errors header, zero tests, unregistered entrypoint. Plan: plans/worktree-merge-plan.md.
9. hub-link merge reconciliation complete in wt-HUB
   • Merged master (post graph-rename) into feat/hub-link: 2 conflicts resolved per specs (graph_store.py docstring keep+rename, test_cxp_auditor.py imports merged onto GRAPH_* constants). Found genuine ImportError class: 3 new hub-link test modules imported NEO4J_USERNAME/PASSWORD which master removed without alias — renamed to canonical GRAPH_*. Lint green. Targeted 11-module test run in flight; then full gate, reviews, land.
10. hub-link gate remediation: 12 unscoped Cypher writes fixed, provenance false-alarm root-caused

• Gate 0.1/0.2 blocking: hub-link's test_repair_orphan_hub_links.py CREATEd constrained-label nodes without test_id props — stamped test_id on 10 CREATEs, parameterized the husk DETACH DELETE, gate-ok waiver on the one CREATE whose rule-under-test requires size(keys(n))=1. Provenance failure was MY invocation (bare python resolved to main venv) — worktree venv itself is clean; reruns use .venv/bin/python.

11. Review-pass fixes on hub-link: 3 mypy defects + T12; PYTHONPATH artifact root-caused

• code-review's 2 'Module has no attribute REL_HAS_*' mypy errors were artifacts: the harness shell exports PYTHONPATH=main/src, so unscoubbed mypy/python resolved MASTER's canonical_schema (pre-hub-link). Scrubbed run: constants present, 3 real defects only (2 no-any-return via importlib-loaded module -> cast/int(), 1 missing return annotation -> neo4j.Driver). T12 bare os.environ[KG_DATABASE] -> .get(). mypy now 0 errors on the new script.

12. Landed feat/hub-link on master (merge 1088e9fe): orphan hub-link repair script, gate 0.5 transitive fixture resolution, venv-bin resolve() fix; fully-green gate 30078/0/0/0 (1494/1494 modules, 549s); pushed 684f80a1..fed42da2
