- Deployed the full TRACES_TO pipeline: canonical spec corpus synced live (87 Specs/559 Requirements/5,388 RequirementItems) + 6,298 TRACES_TO edges onto 3,417 code symbols; SearchEngine build pack 148→1,282 tokens / 4→25 sections with requirement content, p50 206ms
- Found+fixed the dead governance rules bug (may_execute/3 arity+order vs governance.pl's /2) — every production PolicyEngine check had been error-denying since inception; spec-authoritative fix + real-rules regression tests (commit 88e88797)
