- P5.1 Canonicalize ArtifactStore: created src/orchestrata_ultimate/core/artifact_store.py as single canonical implementation, refactored kernel/pipeline_artifacts.py and orchestrator/artifact_store.py to re-export, preserved both stage/type and stage_alias/artifact_type APIs, fixed PipelineRunner empty-store injection bug (artifact_store or ArtifactStore() -> is not None)
