- Fixed get_architect_prompt_template to insert SKELETON-FLOW addendum once before HARD RULES instead of duplicating the entire template. Fixed _record_session_work to log the actual error instead of swallowing exceptions. Regenerated AST. Targeted tests pass; full suite has 2 pre-existing env failures (DeepSeek 402, flaky Conversation.id constraint).
