- Fixed session CHANGELOG generator: it now recognizes '## Unreleased' and '### Feat/Fix/Refactor/Perf' headers, maps canonical categories to project headers, and creates missing sections.

- Keep canonical categories internally but map to project headers for splicing: Preserves existing tests and the public _categorize_achievements contract while writing changelog entries under the project's Feat/Fix/Changed sections.
