Fixed neo4j-node-4 (10.92.53.19) boot defect for real: (1) made redundant chown non-fatal in neo4j-tmpfs-seed.sh; (2) deeper root cause on reboot — generated var-lib-neo4j-data.mount unit failed systemd kernel-keyring setup (unprivileged LXC), landing the container in maintenance state; added KeyringMode=inherit drop-ins to the mount unit + neo4j.service. Reboot-tested: system 'running', mount+neo4j active first boot, bolt .19 answering. Unblocks pre-push hook workers GW3/GW7
  2. Backlog reconciliation: completed stale swarm-wave items (W0.3 two-tier map, Waves 1-6, spec-000 checklist, KG injector label bugs [fixed this session c7eea39c]); restored 3 items wrongly closed by complete-work index-shift (SPEC-014 gaps, harness gate defects, JS traceability ruling). Lesson: complete-work renumbers — always one item at a time, re-read indices between calls

Worktree harvest audit (delegated, read-only, all 8 audited exhaustively): 6 pure duplicates of landed work; WT7 held unlanded workflow-condition sandbox security tests but they target kernel/workflow_engine.py which D1 ruled deleted — moot, discarded; WT8 held a REAL unlanded bug: browser_driver session recovery called launch_persistent_context(storage_state=...) which Playwright rejects — TypeError every time a saved state existed, and the old test ENSHRINED the raise. Landed the fix + rewrote the test to prove recovery succeeds against real Chromium (53 tests green, pyright 33→24 on the file).
