- K2 b1b9380b: BaseTool/ToolMetadata/ToolRegistry + legacy bridge (14 tests). D4 376c2abf: pruned dead structlog+opentelemetry (53->48 deps). retry 596ad4e8: implemented the scaffolded stage retry loop + fixed _is_retryable FileNotFoundError ordering bug (6 tests). K4 e9a32df2: orchestrata console entry (3 tests). K1 b69f8abd: gateway /health//ready//metrics HTTP surface + config + lifecycle (7 tests). All verified green (ruff/pyright/check-deps/standards). K3 (persistent DI memory engine) remains — needs a design decision on persistent-engine lifecycle ownership.
Decisions
- D1: PipelineRunner is the canonical orchestration engine; QUARANTINE the 0-ref generic duplicates (IntentBroker, AgentCoordinator, kernel.SessionManager, kernel WorkflowEngine/ResourceMonitor/PolicyEvaluator/EscalationManager/CXPRouter) to experimental/ rather than delete: PipelineRunner has 15 uses; the generics are 0-import/0-use. Quarantine (not delete) preserves them for a possible future generic non-pipeline orchestration mode while removing the false-implemented signal from the live tree.
- D2: SPEC-023 goal system = BUILD the in-product runtime capability (volks set/track/evaluate goals during a build); consolidate onto _goals.py/goal_registry + wire goal_evaluate + goal-state injection; the dev claude/tools/session CLI stays separate tooling: User chose runtime goals over dev-CLI-canonical. Turns SPEC-023 from a retire-orphans (S) into a real L build; feeds the SPEC-009 goal-state-injection gap. New swarm S9 Helmsman.
- D3: WIRE the multi-tier verification subsystem (Execution/Supervisor/Verification agents + VerificationCoordinator) into the orchestrator pipeline as a real capability: User chose wire over retire. Independent multi-tier verification IS a product goal. Turns SPEC-007b from retire (S) into an L build coupled to CXP(004)/multi-agent(005)/pipeline checkpoints. New swarm S10 Sentinel.
- D4: PRUNE the declared-but-unimported observability deps (structlog + 4 opentelemetry-* packages) from pyproject.toml: Zero src imports; they make check-deps falsely green and imply an unbuilt OTel tracing layer. Re-add WITH wiring when SPEC-100 observability is scoped (swarm S3). Assistant call.
- D5: SPEC-099 Security scope = INTERNAL/TRUSTED. Keep JWT + PAM++ deny-by-default; re-spec 099 down (drop MFA/OAuth/encryption/lockout/hash-chain). No security build.: System runs on the operator's private Incus network as a single-operator dev tool, not internet-facing/multi-tenant. Enterprise-SaaS auth features have no bearing. Revisit trigger: if it ever becomes hosted/multi-user. Removes the L greenfield from the plan; 099 becomes an S8 Scribe re-spec.
