Purpose

Write README for pipeline module (U:Do Documentor)

Objectives

• Explore pipeline module structure
• Gather requirements and context
• Produce complete pipeline README

Work log

1. Fixed kernel/README.md volk roster
   • U:Ux (UXVolk) was missing; U:BA appeared twice; also corrected intent routing summary to show U:Ux as optional step between U:PM and U:Ar (has_ui=True)

Artifacts

• src/orchestrata_ultimate/kernel/README.md - Kernel package README: fixed volk roster (U:Ux added, duplicate U:BA removed), corrected intent routing summary

Achievements

• Fixed U:Ux missing from kernel/README.md volk roster; corrected duplicate U:BA entry; updated intent routing summary

Upcoming

• All pipeline documentation is now accurate; no outstanding pipeline README work

Handoff

• Key decisions: kernel/README.md volk roster now accurate: 9 volks correctly listed with U:Ux replacing the duplicate U:BA
• Blockers: None
• In-progress: docs/pipeline.md and docs/kernel.md are complete and accurate
• Important files: src/orchestrata_ultimate/kernel/README.md
• Commands: None
• Warnings: None
