Purpose
E402 elimination + Infrastructure IP hardening
Objectives
- Fix all 1,224+ E402 module-level import errors
- Remove all hardcoded Incus IPs from source, tests, and docs
- Establish env-var-only infrastructure configuration contract
- Document incus container setup with launch scripts

- Fixed 1,224+ E402 errors across tests/ at 2026-05-17 21:34
Details:
- Converted compliance docstrings to comment blocks in 248 files
- Moved module docstrings before future imports in 70 files
- Fixed remaining docstring/import ordering patterns in 70+ files
- Fixed 7 non-fixable ruff errors (F821, F811, E741)
- Full ruff check now passes: 0 errors across src/ + tests/
- Eliminated hardcoded Incus IPs from entire codebase at 2026-05-17 21:34
Details:
- tests/config.py: defaults localhost instead of 10.92.53.x
- 14 behavioral test files: os.environ.get('REDIS_HOST', 'localhost')
- Generated tests + agent scripts: localhost fallback
- docker-compose.yml: env var substitution with defaults
- scripts/validate_ci.py: gate fails on hardcoded IPs
- src/.../review_checks.py: accepts env-var patterns
- Created incus container documentation and scripts at 2026-05-17 21:34
