- Deterministic skeleton generation: parser (5 API_SPEC formats) + Jinja2 templates + generator
- Unified VOLK_CONFIG: single config dict for per-volk provider+model assignment
- All-Claude pipeline: Opus for architect, Sonnet for all others via CLI
- Container setup: user mohamed, Claude CLI, ruff/flake8/black/isort, setup_container.sh
- Iteration 191: 86 passed 20 failed (81% pass rate) — first real test execution from full pipeline
