- Fixed CI lint stage: flake8 E302/E303 blank lines, unused imports, isort, black across new packages (orchestrata-memory, orchestrata-provider, event_bus, cxp_pb2.pyi, test_workflow_engine) at 2026-03-09 15:47
- Deployed orchestrata-memory, orchestrata-provider, EventBus to orchestrata-claude-test container. All 3 import cleanly. at 2026-03-09 15:47
- Ran iteration-74 interactively: full volk chain (U:Cx→U:Ar→J:Junior→U:Vz→U:Qa). 4 tests passed, 3 skipped (syntax errors in generated tests). QA_COMPLETE. at 2026-03-09 15:47
- Background agent ran iterations 74-76: iter-74 design only (multi-line intent broke CLI), iter-75 code generated/timeout, iter-76 code review PASS@3 tests fail (G-76-01 monorepo import) at 2026-03-09 15:47
