- Added orchestrata CLI entry point: [project.scripts] + [build-system] in root pyproject.toml. 'uv run orchestrata' now works. Added REQ-000-109 to REQ-000-112 in SPEC-000 requirements + architecture section 8. Identified build-system issue: current config bundles kernel source incorrectly.
