Achievements:
- Closed all open gaps in Spec 006 Session Management implementation
- Annotated all requirements with traceability markers
- Regenerated Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) for Spec 006
- Test suite expanded: 5447 -> 7678 tests passing, 0 failures
- All Spec 006 session dual-storage requirements verified end-to-end
Session 057 — 2026-02-23 23:19 — Claude Opus 4.6
Purpose: Fix session hooks to auto-update context.json
Achievements:
- Fixed end() to update active_session and test_state in context.json
- Added _get_test_state() method — collects test count via pytest --co -q
- Added _get_max_session_from_tags() — prevents session counter drift by checking git tags
- Fixed next_session_num() to consider context.json + history + git tags
- Added extract_achievements() to session_close_hook.py — populates achievements from git log
- Fixed install.sh SESSION_SRC to point to packages/orchestrata-session/ (post-monorepo)
- Added @traces and package-only import stripping to install.sh deployment
- Verified: deployed module imports cleanly, next_session_num=57, all methods present

Purpose: Empty session — auto-closed by Session 059
Achievements:

Purpose: Custom CI Docker containers in GitLab Container Registry
Achievements:
- Fixed Neo4j service crash in CI pipeline
- Built and pushed 3 custom Docker images to GitLab Container Registry
- Fixed 33 skipped tests, 16 git-not-found failures, 4 Neo4j connection failures, 2 permission test failures
- Pipeline all green
