orchestrata_contracts.util package.
The util subpackage of contracts holds general-purpose helpers that several components need and that would otherwise create import edges between them. Most of its larger modules are whole-module lifts of frozen single-package code (D-C3, and function-only lifts under D-C6): logging, monitoring_engine, monitoring_spans, observer, tracing_context, cassette (from the LLM layer), plan_parser (from planning), banned_libraries, gate_waivers, paths and usage_log. The remaining modules include iteration_tracer, tracer, trace_config, error_handler, error_detail, lru_cache, word_token_counter and source_walk, which decides which .py files count as source rather than output.
