orchestrata_contracts.env package.
The env subpackage of contracts holds environment and endpoint resolution shared by every component. Its module docstrings describe whole-module lifts of the frozen single-package code (decisions D-C3 and D-C6): env_bootstrap (function-only), infra_config (the largest, 396 lines) and infra_env_rule. Two small modules hold lifted functions: kg_endpoint carries resolve_kg_database from the old graph factory (AD-25), and redis_endpoint carries _require_infra, resolve_redis_host and resolve_redis_port. Placing them here lets components resolve Redis and graph endpoints without importing each other.
