Kimi brief K1 — the 5 pre-existing vizint full-suite failures (backlog #217)
Self-contained brief for the IRC fleet agent

Task
The vizint-ui full suite has 5 pre-existing failures, untouched by commit
77573429. Known symptom clusters:
- claude-chat RPC timeouts — gadget tests time out waiting on RPC replies.
- project-explorer seeded mismatch — expected seeded data doesn't match.
- volk-status health flags — health-flag assertions fail.
Diagnose each and fix the code, not the tests — unless a test enshrines a
wrong expectation, in which case fix the test and say so explicitly in the
commit message (specs are authoritative: specs/016-*, specs/017-*).
How to run
cd vizint-ui
npm test # vitest run — full suite
# e2e (if a failure is e2e-side): playwright on Firefox, see tests/e2e/
Gateway-dependent tests need the gateway up; check tests/setup.js and
tests/helpers/ for how the suite boots fixtures. Infra (Redis/Neo4j) is the
Incus fleet on 10.92.53.x per .env — NOT localhost.
Rules (non-negotiable)
- No mocking, no skipped tests, no test deletion to get green.
- Pathspec-scoped commits, one concern per commit, NO AI attribution (Mohamed is the only author).
node scripts/test-review.js tests/must stay clean.- Do not touch anything outside
vizint-ui/without flagging on #agents first.
Done-when
npm testfull suite green (0 failures) in your worktree.- Each fix commit explains root cause in its message.
- Post on #agents: per-failure root cause (one line each) + commit hashes.
Claude reviews before it lands on master — do NOT push to master yourself;
push a branch
