Gate 0 Results

# Syntax check
$ .venv/bin/python -m py_compile src/orchestrata_ultimate/refactor/codemod/*.py
✓ No errors

# Import check
$ .venv/bin/python -c "from orchestrata_ultimate.refactor.codemod import *"
✓ All imports successful

Notes

  1. Skeleton code has no implementation - All methods raise NotImplementedError with # IMPLEMENT: comments marking where agents will add logic in W1-W5.

  2. Type stubs created - _types.py contains stub classes for unresolved types (Module, CIGNode, BreakingChange, etc.) that will be replaced with real implementations in later waves.

  3. Forward references used - Some modules use forward references (e.g., class CodemodWorkspace: pass) to avoid circular imports. These will be resolved when the actual implementations are added.

  4. gen-skeleton warnings - The tool warned that 27 classes had no <<stereotype>> annotation and were treated as <<class>> (plain composed service). This is expected and correct for this architecture.

Handoff to W1

W1 (Forest + Sentinel) will implement:

Both agents will use the skeleton data structures from W0 (ChangeEntry, ChangeSet, Finding, etc.) and implement the actual logic.

Next Steps

  1. ✅ W0 complete - skeleton generated
  2. ⏳ W1 - Forest + Sentinel (parallel agents)
  3. ⏳ W2 - Architect + Reviewer (parallel agents)
  4. ⏳ W3 - Integrator (CLI + SPEC-109 interop)
  5. ⏳ W4 - Persistence (graph database writes)
  6. ⏳ W5 - C Extension (performance optimization)
  7. ⏳ W6 - Quality (gates + coverage)
