Owed small items — two micro-packets (one per repo, dispatched separately)
Status: DISPATCH-READY (slots: codetools item after the prul040-codetools-verb worker finishes;
orchestrata item after the git-sentinel worker finishes — the coordinator names the slot) ·

Packet A — codetools (cwd /home/mohamed/workspace/orchestrata.codetools)
- A1: the 2 pre-existing mypy errors at
src/codetools/design/code2diagram.py:100,101— run.venv/bin/mypy src/codetools/design/code2diagram.py(paste verbatim), fix the two named errors ONLY (do not refactor), re-run to green. If the errors need more than a local annotation, STOP and report the mechanism. - A2: the explanatory comment owed at
tests/prolog/test_transport_janus.py:152— the line keepsPYTHONPATH=<repo>/srcbecause the test builds a deliberately JANUS-LESS venv (pointing at site-packages would expose janus_swi and destroy its premise — the ADR-0120-adjudicated exception). Add the comment stating exactly that, citing the adjudication. NO code change. - Verification:

- B1: the duplicated-GIL-floor drift assertion owed in
tests/core/test_pyproject_contract.py(PI-ORCH-A run 1 finding #3): the GIL chain was declared TWICE (in thelocal-embeddingsextra ~114-140 and a second table ~463-474); PI-ORCH-A moved the chain but the second copy was never guarded. Measure WHERE the second table is and whether the duplicate still exists; add ONE assertion that pins the single-authoritative-location invariant (the drift test the handoff registered) — never delete/loosen an existing floor assertion. - Verification:
ORCHESTRATA_ENV_PROFILE=test python scripts/run_tests.py tests/core/test_pyproject_contract.py --skip-gatesgreen (paste verbatim; --force only with justification). No full-suite run. - Fence:
