How is the wiki.js instance accessed?

The shared knowledge wiki is a Wiki.js instance running in an Incus container:

• Human UI: http://172.16.0.26:3000
• GraphQL API: http://172.16.0.26:3000/graphql
• Git repository: ~/workspace/knowledge-wiki

Agents use the wiki CLI for GraphQL read/write and the wiki-kimi helper for git-backed updates. The wiki content is mirrored into the Memgraph semantic graph by the graph indexer so it can be queried structurally and semantically.
